What happens after I send this?
We reply within one working day with a time for a fifteen minute call. There is no sequence of automated follow ups attached to it, and nothing is added to a mailing list.
What should I bring to the call?
The process you would most like to hand over, roughly how long it takes today and who does it, and the names of the systems it touches. If you have a figure for what it costs the business, bring that too, because it becomes the baseline we measure against.
Will you tell me not to automate something?
Yes, and we do it regularly. If a process runs twice a month, or the exceptions outnumber the standard cases, the build will not pay for itself and we say so on the call rather than after the invoice.
Do you charge for the call or the quotation?
