Published standards, not promises

We publish the standards we can be held to.

Anyone can promise a return. These are the six standards every build is delivered against, the comparison with what buyers usually get, and the three client references that carry a figure.

28 day guarantee

We prove the return, we do not assert it

Every build carries a written acceptance test agreed on day one and a measurement of what the process cost before against what it costs now. If the return is not there inside 28 days, we refund in full and decommission the system.

No platform lock in

You own everything we build

We build on your accounts from the first day of integration. The workflows, prompts, integrations, repository and documentation are yours on delivery, so another team could pick the system up tomorrow.

Legacy systems bridged

We automate what other providers decline

Most automation stops at the first system with no way to connect to it, which is usually the one holding your most important data. We drive those systems the way your team does, safely, repeatably and with a full audit trail.

On premise available

London headquartered, delivering across the Gulf

A London base with delivery across the Gulf, and leadership holding postgraduate degrees from the University of Manchester and the University of Oxford. Where data cannot leave your country, we build so that it does not have to.

9agents

Productised and shipped into production, each carrying the return it produces.

71platforms

Integrated against across eight groups, from models and voice to measurement.

14days

The comparison

How we work, against what buyers usually get.

Every row here is a decision we made deliberately, and most of them cost us margin. They are on the page so you can hold us to them.

The usual approachHow we work
Who owns the systemThe provider hosts it on their platform, so it stops the day you stop paying.Built on your accounts. The workflows, prompts and documentation are yours on delivery.
Systems with no way to connectDeclared out of scope, which is usually where the real work is.Bridged through the interface itself, safely and repeatably, with a full audit trail.

How success is judgedA subjective conversation at the end of the project.A written acceptance test agreed on day one, and the process cost measured before and after.
If it does not workA change request, and an invoice attached to it.A 28 day money back guarantee. We refund in full and decommission the system.

Delivery standards

Six standards, published so you can hold us to them.

These are the rules our own delivery runs on. They exist because the failure modes in this work are predictable, and naming them in advance is the only thing that prevents them.

01

Four states, never overstated

Every item we report is marked as designed, built, tested, or verified end to end. Nothing is described as finished until it has been proven against your real systems in the live path. You always know the true state of your project.

In practice

A status update from us reads: designed 4, built 3, tested 2, verified end to end 1. Never a single percentage that hides which is which.

02

A written acceptance test

On day one we agree, in writing, what the system must do for the build to be considered successful. That document is the standard the work is measured against, so success is never a matter of opinion at the end.

In practice

One page, agreed on day one, listing the cases the system must pass before anyone calls it live.

03

Safe mode by default

Every system we build ships with a safe mode and a live mode, and live sits behind an explicit switch. Nothing reaches a customer or a supplier while the system is still being proven.

In practice

Live mode is one switch with a named owner. Until it is thrown, every output lands in a review queue instead of reaching a customer.

04

Drafts, not sends

Where a system writes to your customers, the default is that it prepares and a human approves. We turn on full automation only where you have asked for it and the risk has been talked through.

In practice

Where a system writes to your customers or suppliers, the default is that it prepares and a person approves. Full automation is turned on deliberately, never by accident.

05

Numbers that trace to a source

Every hours-saved figure we quote names where it came from. Projections are labelled as projections. We would rather give you a smaller number you can defend than a larger one you cannot.

In practice

Every hours saved figure names the process, who used to do it and how long it took before. Projections are labelled as projections.

06

Full ownership and documentation

The workflows, the prompts, the integrations and the documentation are yours on delivery. There is no platform to stay subscribed to and nothing that stops working if you stop working with us.

In practice

Handover includes the accounts, the workflows, the prompts, the repository and a written runbook, so another team could pick it up tomorrow.

Who you are working with

A London headquartered technology company, delivering across the Gulf.

We design and build the systems ourselves rather than reselling somebody else’s platform, with leadership holding postgraduate degrees from the University of Manchester and the University of Oxford. The work spans education and assessment, property, professional services and operations heavy businesses across the United Kingdom and the Gulf.

What that means for you

  • One team accountable for the delivery, from scope to go live
  • Systems built on your accounts, in your name, from day one
  • Private deployment where the data cannot lawfully leave the country
  • A written scope and a fixed price before any build begins
  • Client references published with the figure each organisation reported

Client references

Three organisations, and the figure each of them reported.

Attributed to the organisation, never to a person. Unlike the agent figures published elsewhere on this site, these are what these clients told us changed after go live.

Marking turnaround cut from days to minutes

What we built

Online testing platform with an automated marking pipeline

They designed and delivered our entire online testing and marking platform. It has run without interruption since launch, and the automated marking alone gives our team back days every month.
Oracle EducationEducation and Assessment, Kuwait

Every enquiry answered in seconds, around the clock

What we built

An automated sales system that contacts every new enquiry, answers questions on availability and pricing, qualifies the guest and books the viewing straight into the diary

Enquiries used to sit unanswered overnight, which in short lets means the booking simply goes elsewhere. Now every one gets a reply within seconds and arrives with us already qualified. The difference in booked viewings was obvious inside the first month.
Edora HomesProperty and Short Lets, Dubai

A 4 hour task reduced to 25 minutes

What we built

A platform that researches the prospect, receives and answers inbound client queries, drafts a costed proposal in their own branding, routes it for a partner's approval, sends it, and then chases the follow-up on a schedule

We handed them a proposal process that had defeated two previous providers. What took a partner four hours now takes twenty five minutes, and it has been accurate every month since.

Questions

The things worth asking any provider.

Ask these of us and of anyone else you are considering. The answers tell you more than a capability list does.

Why is a fixed price better for us than hourly?

Because the risk of the work taking longer sits with us rather than with you. We quote after discovery, once we have seen the systems, and the number does not move for the scope it covers. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is started, never billed by surprise.

How do you prove the hours a system saved?

We agree the baseline before we build: who did the process, how long it took, and how often. After go live the system logs what it handled, and the comparison uses those two figures. Every number we publish names its source, and a projection is labelled as a projection.

What happens to our systems if we stop working with you?

Nothing stops. Everything runs on accounts you hold, the documentation and the repository are yours, and the optional support plan can be cancelled without the systems being affected. That is the point of building it this way.

Do you subcontract the work?

The build is done by our own team. Where a specialist is required for a regulated integration we say so in the scope, name what they are doing, and remain the single point of accountability for the delivery.

What are your credentials?

Leadership holding postgraduate degrees from the University of Manchester and the University of Oxford, and a delivery record that includes an online testing and marking platform, an automated sales system and a proposal platform that had defeated two previous providers. Client references are published on this page.

What data do you hold about our business?

Only what a build needs, held for as long as the build needs it. Access is granted on your accounts and revocable by you at any time. Where data cannot leave your building at all, we deploy privately on hardware you control and nothing is transmitted outside it.
